Replaces governor art and names with characters from the YuruYuri series.

Compatible with Bear’s Governor Overhaul. Adds Kyouko, Akari, Chinatsu, Yui, and Hanako to fill the new slots when that mod is active.

Supports English, Chinese (Simplified by SamShawCraft), Japanese. All art credit Namori.
