[NFP2024]China Expansion Leader: WuZhao the Celestial Empress

An expansion leader, WuZhao (also called WuZeTian) the only empress in chinese history, for vanilla China civilization.
Absolutely different from the reforge works based on Civ V, this mod presents more distinctive features according to major achievements and features of Wu in the real history.
This mod does NOT rely on, but compatible with the Three Kingdom Expansion Series Preset Module.

Leader Ability – Ruler of the Heavens

1. Receive a random Eureka after recruiting a GreatEngineer, GreatMerchant, or GreatScientist.
2. Receive a random Inspiration after recruiting a GreatWriter, GreatArtist, or GreatMusician.
3. Your city border grows by one tile each time a Great Person is expended in that city. +30% Production upon All city projects.

Unique District – Heaven Palace

A District unique to WuZhao that replaces the Government Plaza. More expensive to build and maintain.

1. +1 Housing.
2. Receive +1 and +2 Culture from each adjacent district and world wonder.
3. +1 Great Writer, +1 Great Musician, and +1 Great Prophet points every turn.
4. Grants 1 Palace greatwork slot to government building of each tier.
5. All your cities within 6 tiles are always loyal.
6. Provides district project the Imperial Dance.

Unique Project – Imperial Dance

District-based project which provides Culture every turn, +10 Great Writer and +5 Great Musician points once finished.

Unique Building- Heaven Pillar

A City-center building unique to WuZhao, prerequisite Monument. Unlocked at Astronomy.

1. +2 Culture, +2 Faith.
2. Provides +5 Loyalty each turn and intensifies identity to your civilization of nearby cities.
3. When owner city is at max loyalty, provides extra +1 Influence each turn, +100% Religious pressure to adjacent cities and +100% Religion spread distance for owner city.

WuZhao is an all-around leader with characteristics of versatile usage, which grants her unique advantages on various victory routes. And the complementarity of construction, diplomacy, and conquest, will also produce considerable compound benefits. As a sophisticated urban planner and enterprising territorial pioneer, WuZhao could take great advantages in Science and Culture victories if she had made great progress in Technology and Civic with the sufficient city-yields and Greatperson points from her developed cities. The more cities she rules, the more prosperous her nation will be. Heaven Palace and Heaven Pillar are powerful supporting facilities, so that she has few worries about loyalty. As long as the time is right, she can boldly expand her territory by any means necessary.
