Dowie’s Ocean Liners

This mod adds cruise liners to your game! This includes several techs found in the naval part of the military tech tree, custom production modifiers, a new good called Luxury Transport , a new Pop-Need for wealthy pops, and adjusts the vanilla Titanic event line to work with the mod.

Future updates depend on interest in the mod. If there is low interest I’ll do my best to continue updating it with the game for those that do use it, but I won’t spend time on new features.
