Description:

You need the Gathering Storm Expansion and Project Rush: Stirring.

If there are no new Expansions any more, this will be the Final Version of the Hinako Notes series mod.

Shiki Theater – Salute & Encore:
All tiles in your civilization gain +2 Appeal, City Center with Charming appeal receive +2 Culture and +2 Production.
All cities gain +50% Tourism in Golden Age.</Text>

Drama House:
Replace Amphitheater. Provide not only Culture and Great Writer points but also Amenities and Housing.
After completing the Civic "Opera and Ballet", the city where the Drama House is located can gain additional +3 Amenities and +3 Housing.

Deer Rider:
Replace Horseman. With less Movement and more Combat Strength than Horseman.

1. Hinako Sakuragi – Scarecrow:
   All Pasture, Hunt Camp and Farm with resources +2 Food and +1 Culture, after researching the "Flight" technology, these tiles provides an additional +2 Culture.
   Units +7 Combat Strength when on Pasture, Camp or Farm.

   Toritarou:
   Hinako’s unique support unit. Replace Observation Balloon.
   Have better Sight Range and Movement.

2. Kuina Natsukawa – Book Eater:
   Campus and Theater district’s Science or Culture adjacency bonus provides Food as well.
   +2 Food and +2 Culture from each Writing Greatwork.
   Land Melee units will gain Great Writer points for killing units, and -7 Combat Strength to adjacent enemy land units (Won’t superposition).</Text>
3. Mayuki Hiiragi – Boarding Work:
   +30% Production for cities with Governor.
   Tundra and Tundra Hills +1 Food, +1 Culture, Districts built on Tundra or Tundra Hills gain +2 Food, +2 Culture.
   After the capital is built, the land plots within the 3 grids automatically become Tundra.
4. Chiaki Hagino – Star of Opera:
   Builds Theater Square and Neighborhood districts in half the time, and Culture Bomb adjacent tiles when completing these Districts.
   Plot adjacent to City Center, Theater or Neighborhood +2 Food, +2 Culture.
