The new owners of Caldera Tower, W2G Salad Management Group, have transformed the building into a modern and sustainable workspace. The renovation included major updates to the lobby and common areas, heliport, as well as the installation of state-of-the-art technology throughout the building. The building now boasts energy-efficient systems, large pool and fitness center and a café for tenants to enjoy. The building’s prime location in the city center makes it an attractive option for businesses looking for a convenient and luxurious workspace. Caldera Tower features a stunning observation deck with panoramic views of the city.
