It is focused on both historical events and game play, trying to maintain most of the games original mechanics but adding tones of flavour while having a more fun experience.

Guide Portugal towards greatness by:

• Finding and allying the Kingdom of Prester John.
• Building your country a Navy to rule the seas.
• Conquer or ally or Castilian neighbours.
• Become the 5th Empire.

Naval superiority Casus BeIi, unlocked either by Mission tree or by completing either naval or maritime Ideas.
Enables the player to have wars of conquest by using naval superiority to win battles or block ports.

Like spawn the Vista Alegre factory or have Luís Vaz de Camões as your advisor.

-Portuguese Succession Crisis
Fight for Portuguese independence or give away the throne to the Castilians, you can decide:

• Give the throne to Castile and fall under PU.
• Get a ruler from the same dynasty as Castile.
• Fight for the maintenance of the Avis Dynasty.
• Follow the legitimists and proclaim Duchess Catarina de Bragança as the new queen.

• New disaster Portuguese Civil War (Liberalism vs. Absolutism)
• New Government Reform for Portugal Portuguese Liberal Monarchy (Consequence of mentioned disaster)
• Elmina wonder event chain.
• More general events for added flavour.
• Minor fixes and tweaks.
