The Funeral Director – Walnut is BACK!
After a brief absence, the Funeral Director is back from the grave!
"Welcome to Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. May we interest you in a coffin?"
The Funeral Director is perhaps one of the gloomiest individuals in Cathayan society, whose tasks involve the preparation, cleansing and internment of the deceased. A thankless and rather unwelcome job for sure, but these morticians in black nonetheless see it as a proud and solemn profession as it goes hand in hand with the otherwise strong bonds Cathayans have with ancestor worship; an aspect of faith that is only second to reverence toward the Dragon Emperor himself.
The Funeral Director is an offensive oriented caster type hero who possess a unique mixed lore containing spells from the lore of death and lore of fire, ranging from hurling debilitating curses with the purple wind of Shyish to incinerating enemy mobs with the fiery might of Aqshy.
Another unique tool set are her Burial Arts skills which specializes in combating transient foes, whether unholy or daemonic, as well as tapping into the spirits of the dead.
This mod also includes the same unique building chain from my Dead of the Orient mod, but without the latter, it only has the Funeral Director available for recruitment and vice versa. Using both adds the Funeral Director as well as the undead units.
This mod is compatible with Variant Selector. If you are using astromancer variation mods and the funeral director appears as an astromancer in your recruitment pool, simply go to the character window and change the variant appearance to what you like.
