86步战直接换上99式通用炮塔，这款定位是10年后的版本，用上了新的30mm弹药，所以机炮可以对坦克输出
优点：优秀的机炮弹药和导弹
缺点：没垂稳，防护薄弱， 机炮打的不准

late means new 30mm projectile
Compare with BMP2:
advantage: better 30mm projectile and more dangerous ATGM
shortage: no vertical stablizer , ATGM fly slowly , cannon shoots less accurately
