Garrison Upgrade All-In-One
Made this by request, all of my garrison upgrade mods in one. Some of the garrisons in this mod are balanced a bit due to requests, making them slightly different from the individual mods.
- Can be added/removed during campaign (changes next turn)
- Not compatible with anything else that modifies units from defense buildings
- Changes units & unit priority from defense buildings
- Factions without defense buildings get the garrison from the main building
- Can be used without any DLC but you will be missing the DLC units from the garrisons
- Works for the AI too

Known issues:
- Fort/gate garrisons might get random units
