Added a preview card UI for Battle Pages that add tokens to hand (e.g. Unlock I/II)

drop the NoahABetterPreview.dll into your mod’s /Assemblies.
copy BetterPreview folder inside /Assemblies, and fill in the PreviewPair.xml with same format.
