*This mod has been confirmed to function in 0.4.78. I cannot gaurantee it will work in future or past versions.

Raises the game’s direct investment point cap multiplier to 20.

The thumbnail image was a low-quality meme made in Microsoft Paint, using an AI-generated version of the "stonks" meme and in-game graphics (grabbed with snipping tool).

This mod changes the global config file to give councillors higher max attributes. It appears to be compatible with other mods that affect the TIGlobalConfig file, but I do not guarantee anything

Note: This mod likely affects the AI as well, be warned.
