Civilization: Ice Golem
When dispersing a barbarian outpost, you will receive a tribal village bonus and experience points.
All cities are built with an additional downtown building that costs the least amount of productivity. Each city can build one more area than usual. Specialized areas outside of the town square have a chance to be built with the currently available building with the lowest productivity cost in that area.
Units will not be damaged by storms. Combatants take double the storm damage in Imperial territory. Farms are allowed to be built on frozen terrain. Areas and wonders can be built on ice. Farms can be built on frozen earth hills after unlocking "Civil Engineering". The cost of purchasing units on snow, frozen earth, snow mounds and frozen earth mounds is reduced by half.
