ZluskeN Utilities
This is a collection of little tweaks and stuff I made for myself. Now the world can have them too!
Contents:
– You can now squat like a true slav. There is a configurable keybind for it
– You can now drop you weapon on the ground with a simple keypress
– You can clear your weapon with a keybind or ace action
– AI Default Combat mode can be changed, default is now "Hold Fire, Engage at will" (can be changed i settings)
– AI Default Unitpos (Stance) can be changed, to "UP" (can be changed i settings)
– You can now disable thermal optics for all vehicles in mission (Can be turned off in settings)
– Squad members can spawn without maps. Squad leaders and non-privates will still have them. (Can be turned off in settings)
– If Wildfire is used, ACE Cookoff events now cause wildfires (Probability can be configured in settings)
– Players will now be warned when alone, this is to disincentivize lone-wolfing
– Players can sabotage tank tracks with hand grenades
– Medics can be configured as "ACE Medical Facilities"
– Units now get issued extra ACE medical items at mission start
– If units have a GPS, a marker will now be placed on their position in the map
– Tank commanders can kick their driver in the head if they are being lazy (thanks rund!)
– Players will be shown a "you are being helped" message when receiving medical aid while unconscious
– If TUN Respawn is used, a setting can be toggled to prevent players from respawning with replenished gear
– When a unit is killed an X marker will be placed on the map where they died
– The player will start with his primary weapon unloaded. I’ve found it is a useful (and realistic!) way to avoid ND’s in spawn areas (Can be turned off in settings)
– Units now automatically switch to handgun when they runs out of ammo and there are enemies nearby (Can be turned off in settings)
– Closed bolt weapons now carry an extra round in the chamber (Can be turned off in settings)
– Units automatically pick upp ammo for their primary weapon from crates and dead bodies, up to their initial ammo loadout (Can be turned off in settings)
– Players can be prevented from picking up magazines that don’t elong to their side, to disincentivize overusage of enemy weapons
– A Jukebox function is included, which enables a dynamic soundtrack from the vanilla tracks (Can be turned off in settings)
– The camera will shake if there is tracked armor nearby, intensity is dynamic based on distance, weight and number on tanks (Can be turned off in settings)
