More Hair and Eye Colors Remade
This mod allows more hair, eye, and skin colors to be selected in the ruler designer as well as optional game rules to distribute random hair, eye, and skin colors throughout the world
Highly Recommended to use with Matched Eyebrows and Body Hair Updated to have eyebrows and body hair match
Also with Buck’s Portrait Shaders if it ever updates
