Wario
Wario barges into Rivals of Aether! With moves like his iconic Shoulder Charge, Butt Slam and Wario Bike, this big bad bully is too burly to beat!

Wario is a perfect character to live out your fantasies as an unstoppable bad guy as. His aerial drift can keep him safely away from danger, with strong approaching options to oppress anyone who doesn’t respect his presence. Using the Wario Bike, he not only gets a strong tool to add to his recovery options, but a respectable form of stage control as well. The biggest issues that one may run into when playing Wario are the startup on some of his stronger tools, as well as the lack of insane range that other workshop fighters might bring.
One of Wario’s preferred methods of attack is grappling, and what better way to utilize it than a four-directional throw? Each throw has a unique set of launch angles and powers to them, so be sure to know where they send the opponent and where on the stage to be to use each one!
Three, two, one, GO!! Wario mounts his trusty metallic steed and drives forward! He can turn, ram into walls, and jump off of the bike, and can even use the move in the air for extra recovery. Once the bike is on the ground, Wario can pick it up, carry it and throw it with Power Grab. The Shoulder Charge (forward strong) and Earthshake Punch (grounded down special) can also launch the bike without needing to pick it up first, at the expense of some of the bike’s HP.
Wario, in his classic fashion of mocking Mario, performs his own variation of the Spin Jump, arms stretched upward to catch any foes unlucky enough to be in his way. If anyone gets touched by his grip, he jumps up even higher, spinning back down to the ground with the opponent in hand. Anyone getting hit by this brutal slam is certain to have a rotten day!
Last but not least, Wario’s downward-centric attacks combined into one special! On the ground, Wario will punch the ground and create a shockwave around him. This pops opponents on the ground upward, not great for killing but invaluable for combos. The fist also has its own hitbox which can hit aerial opponents, and can spike over ledges if the opponent flubs a recovery. In the air, Wario’s down special becomes the Butt Smash, otherwise known as the ground pound, butt slam, booty bop, etc. etc. so on and so forth. This move is a powerful spike with bad horizontal speed and incredible downward speed. Hint: Hold taunt when landing this attack to really make your opponent into the butt of your own fart joke.
