Sticky Nickels Fix
A fix so minor and so unnecessary that I just had to do it.
According to the wiki, sticky nickels are a downgrade once unlocked as they replace regular nickels rather than pennies as intended.
This fix turns all sticky nickels into regular nickels, and has a 0.25% chance to turn a penny into a sticky nickel.
(0.25% also based on the wiki entry for sticky nickel probability)
