Overview:

A rough machine English translation for ！LYH Legendary Characters Expansion洛阳侯传奇人物扩展 （2023年1.5日加入阿尔布雷希特·瓦多夫爵士） by 洛阳侯 and Alex Zhao.

Some of the translation is very likely to be incorrect but I personally edited the grammar to be more legible.
