DeI 1.3 No pirates
This should turn the pirate faction popups in Divide et Impera off. It’s just a variant of the reduced pirates version which sets all the probabilities to zero.
I don’t mean to deride the work the DeI team did with this, but I could just never enjoy this feature. The pirates serve no positive gameplay purpose, and they psych out mechanics like diplomacy (bitter enemies suddenly love me for all those "common enemies" we have) or party traits that count how many factions you’re at war with.
This uses entire tables, but it should stay compatible, because it just overwrites whatever they do with the pirate stuff disables it. There’s some change this will stop working when DeI updates though, and I probably won’t be around to update this. All you have to do is set all the VAR_CHANCE to 0.
