Description:

Removes all offensive capabilities of behemoths

-Obliterators removed
-Juggernauts removed
-Citadels removed but kept "Weaponized System" as a constructible improvement
-Military Behemoths removed
-Support Behemoths’ weapon/fighter slot replaced with support slot
-Hissho faction quest altered for the above changes
