I had to do some re-shaping to make him better fit the XCOM human skeleton, but he retained his design pretty well i’d say.

His body comes as a one-piece Torso part, but his head and moustache can be selected separately.
His head is VERY stubby due to not having a neck, however. I’d be surprised if you found an outfit that worked for him that wasn’t his own.

His Moustache can be used with anyone, not just Eggman. It doesn’t fit all the XCOM faces perfectly, though. Slightly different shapes between them.
Note that Eggman’s head has his HeadAttachments socket lower than usual, so if you switch from a standard XCOM head to Eggman’s with the moustache equipped, you’ll see his moustache is higher than it should be.
Exiting the armory and coming back in will refresh the socket and fix this problem.

The glasses and goggles have XCOM wearable versions for both males and females to use.
The glasses have no facial morph target sets though, and it’s impossible for modders to make them for their face props, so they’ll have varying degrees of clipping depending on what face you pick.

His outfit comes with a tintable variant. The main red parts of the suit are controlled by Primary Armor tint, and the yellow cuffs are controlled by Secondary Armor tint.

REQUIREMENTS / SUGGESTIONS:

KNOWN ISSUES:
  • His body has no XCOM head support.
  • No facial animations.
  • As the glasses have no morph target sets and it’s impossible for modders to make them, they’ll clip with some faces.

CHANGELOG:

VERSION 1.1 (8/22/2023)

  • Re-shaped Eggman’s body so that his head reaches the XCOM skeleton’s head bone for better animation. Previously, his head was bound to the neck bone, as he doesn’t really have a neck to properly reach the head bone.
  • Since Eggman’s head is now rigged the head bone, he can use the HeadAttachments socket for head props, including his moustache. This fixes the issue it had before where it would stay after removing it, or even just hovering over it in the menu. That bug happened in the first place because the ‘stache was using a jankier method of socketing previously.
  • Various animation improvements throughout his body.
  • Added Resistance Warrior Kevlar support for his body.
  • Improved moustache physics.
  • Added XCOM wearable versions of Eggman’s glasses and goggles.

This update also means you can properly give him helmets and face props now, if you can find a way to make it work as his head isn’t exactly the same shape or scale as the XCOM busts. Resizable Armor might be able to help with that.
