This is a mod to improve artillery in-game by making drastic changes to field, medium and heavy artillery, aswell as AT guns and SPGs including TDs/Panzerjäger. The goal was always to make fire support more intuitive and interesting aswell as decisive. Secondary changes include better high tier infantry.
Standalone mod, I cannot guarantee compability. I tried using it with Conquest enhanced v2 and it worked on most maps.
This is a mod for Conquest and Singleplayer, it’s not balanced for skirmish, nor will it ever be balanced for PVP
Disclaimer
Right now the mod doesn’t work.
The issue is that even though I can change my own gamefiles and it works but as soon as I change the mod and apply the mod, it crashes. The game just wouldn’t allow changing ballistics for the guns
Features
Rebalances
-Rebalanced CP and MP for mortars, howitzers, AT guns, infantry guns, AA, MLRS, SPGs and tanks.
-A Vanilla Conquest Tech Tree Overhaul
-To balance the artillery changes the resupply vehicles cost more CP and MP.
-CP reduction to engineer, miners and medics
-Top Tier Infantry in Conquest now has better weapons
New units
-Veteran artillerymen
-Veteran mortar units for all nations (about 25 percent better stats than normal).
-Veteran artillery units for all nations (about 25 percent better stats than normal).
-added some new howitzers and a mortar
-fully tracked artillery tractor and supply vehicle for all nations.
Ballistical Changes
-Changes to rate of fire, accuracy, zeroing in, ammo loadouts, range and ballistics of guns and AFVs
-Better gun arcs for all howitzers
-75mm AT guns fire at an arc to increase HE effect (like infantry-guns).
-8,8cm Pak 43-41 and 100mm fieldgun M1944 (BS-3) fire HE like a howitzer at howitzer-range.
-new AT ranges for tanks, TDs and AT guns
-Heavy Artillery (21cm M18, 17 K18, 152 Br-2, 203 B-4, 280 Br-5) now fire at steep angles (45-60 degrees gun elevation), this will make heavy artillery more useful and powerful.
-The KV-2, Panzer IV D,F1, Panzer III N, BT-7A, T-28s, T-35s and SPGs, including TDs of atleast 75mm guns will also fire their HE at an arc naturally.
-interwar field and medium artillery (leFH18, sK18, sFH18, M-30, Ml-20, A-19. K34) now have two different HE, the standard shell for max range (500m), the second shell (called Low Charge) for a steeper firing arc at lower range (ca 300m), this shell will be useful on small hilly maps or urban maps)
-added a smoke shell for the 10,5cm leFH 18 and 122mm field howitzer M-30.

-New Main Menu and Loading screen themes
-New artillery-themed quotes for the loading screen.
-New Main Menu screen
-more range for Panzerfaust 60
-Ammo trucks now also contain extra infantry weapons for them to grab.
-Recon has now more stealth
-Resupply radius for ammo vehicles increased by 3x
-Tankmen now carry submachineguns.
-Soviet guns ingame now display their Red Army service names.

I will update any new mortars, guns, MLRS, howitzers and SPGs added to the game.
