Community Bug Fixes
My attempt to fix the most obvious and annoying bugs and missing qol features in the current game build (0.9.4.02).
This mod requires installed WTF Mod Loader:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2464675377
Mod version: 1.8.7
fixing:
– debug command to manually spawn ships for Anna’s "kill pirates" quests.
if for some reason you can’t complete those quests, because of missing quest ships, go to the Budd’s lair, press *Enter*, type in "/debug spawn small_pirate 5" or "/debug spawn big_pirate 5" (replace the number with the amount of ships to spawn), press *Enter* again, the mod will spawn new quest ships for you .
– debug command to manually spawn Budd’s ship.
IF BUDD’s SHIP ALREADY SPAWNED FOR YOU before you subscribed to this mod or the 0.9.1.00 game patch was released and destroying it didn’t complete the quest, subscribe to the mod, go to the spot where he should spawn, press *Enter*, type in "/debug spawn budd", press *Enter* again, the mod will spawn a new quest ship for you which should be bug free.
– debug command to manually spawn Higg’s ship.
IF you can not complete the Higgs Quest because his ship is missing, you have the option to spawn his ship by typing "/debug spawn higgs" into chat window
– using logistics room on a ship allows unintended use of logistics commands on the command source ship.
– adding crew to AI ships which spawn with less crew then consoles.
– fixing followers not helping to fight teamless crew on stations.
QoL:
– now you have the option to send your ally ship back to the base with travel/higgs drive if possible.(Use on your own risk, AI pathfinding is not optimized for travel drive speed)
– scraping a ship at your homebase will now return 100% of resources if the ship was build by the player instead of captured from another faction.
– gives player instructions how to properly use repair station.
– player avatar will continue to run forward instead of turning back until a movement key is released after passing through airlock to another ship if both ships have their airlocks on the same axis (facing the same direction).
