Multiple Guilds
This one is quite simple, really. You (and AI) can now build multiple guilds in your cities. You still need to meet the requirement for them (whenever it’s to have Quarries or Farms or Conduits or whatever else). The tooltip still will say that there can only be 1 guild in the city, just ignore it.
Can be enabled mid-save.

No notes on compatibility yet since there are close to 0 workshop mods out there yet.
