More Body & Mind Traits + Forms Have Traits

Description:

Adds additional Body & Mind traits. Does not change any of the default form traits. Also buffs some underperforming traits. Finally, fixes several inaccurate descriptions.

All other changes are updates to the descriptions to better match what the abilities actually do. In particular, the Adaptation traits all have inaccurate descriptions in the base game.

It also adds a free trait to every form. The free traits can’t be taken again as Body or Mind traits.
