Optional Cosmetic Transformations
Make Transformations visuals Optional by giving you two of the same transform spell the old one with transform Cosmetic effect and one without. (ai chooses randomly which they use)
you can only use one of the two spells so no double stacking bounuses.
there is a winRAR ZIP file in the mod that contains options for how ai interact with the mod extract it and replace the existing files white the files from your preferred option
note: this mod is not compatible with any mods that changes base minor transform spells
