[WOTC] Squad Sight PCS

Description = This mod add 3 PCS that decrease the Squad sight penalty, but it reduce the soldier’s mobility.
Common = 10% penalty reduction, reduce mobility by 1
Rare = 25% penalty reduction, reduce mobility by 2
Epic = 40% penalty reduction, reduce mobility by 3

This mod has support for [WOTC] Coloured PCS Icons by RustyDios with an icon made by yours truly (there is also an alternative "reversed" version made by Endlesspie49 which can be enabled in "XComRustyPCSIcons.ini")

All of this is configurable, including :

• drop rates / black market
• mobility debuff (there is a bool toggle in the config)
• The Squad Sight penalty reduction for each tier
• Cost for sale in the black market
• If the PCS grant Squad Sight, by default it grants it on the Epic Tier, there is a toggle in the config

They are very rare, you might even see only 1 in your entire campaign.
