Soft Tome Cap (Read Description)

This Mod adds a soft cap in the amount of tomes you can research.
How does it work?
Once you unlock a Higher Tier Tome you can’t reseach a lower tier anymore. But until then you can research as much tomes as you want.
So for example you can research 5 tier I Tomes before moving to Tier II tomes, once you picked a tier II tomes you can’t research Tier I Tomes Anymore. This is the only way i could find to make this work. (At least for now).
NOTE: Researchs stay the same, so if you haven’t unlock all the reseachs for a tome they will still show up even if you picked a higher tier tome, it only locks you from picking a new Tome.
Once you picked a Tier V Tome, you can still reasearch but you can’t pick a new Tome. If you are out of researchs your researchs points are useless (I think).
Compatibility:
With Mods that don’t change the base tomes in game. (If they add a new tome it will work but it won’t count for the cap)
Known Issues: Obtaining a free Tome from an event may prevent you from researching new Tomes if the acquired Tome is of a higher tier than the ones you currently have access to. For instance, if you receive a Tier 3 Tome but you are only able to research Tier 1 Tomes, you won’t be able to research Tier 2 Tomes. Unfortunately, I am unable to address this issue. If you encounter this problem, I recommend disabling the mod temporarily and continuing without it until you reach the same tier as the free Tome.
