Rotblood Tribe + Radious
This submod balances the Rotblood Tribe for Radious. Make sure this is above the original mod in load order, and that you have both on. Credit for the mod goes to it’s creators, I made a submod, that is all (though this submod did take a fair bit because of things I’ll get to later), and Radious overhaul is done by Radious. Make sure you give thanks to everyone for their part in each mod. Now then there’s a lot of things besides balance changes that I did, I added a number of units to the faction that’re mostly thematic for them, as well as putting some normal norscan units to ensure there’s additional variety for that. I will go over some of these alterations below. If there’s a problem with balance then make a comment and if it makes sense I may change things.
List of additions
-Added skill dumps to characters, this is something you can expect in all my submods.
-Added a lot of nurgle themed units to the faction to fill out it’s roster, plus some norscan and skaven units too. Some of which are capped to incentivize using more of the roster. But most units are not capped, so it won’t really slow or hamper you too much.
-Added a few skills to lords to let them buff skaven units, the skaven allies won’t be as strong as they would be in their own race but they do get some nice benefits once you have everything.
-Added some extra techs to not only give skaven a few extra buffs (mostly cause lord skills wouldn’t matter for the summoned merc armies), but add plague blood to the roster additions, this will cost you a fair bit of warpstone to get it all.
-Gave the Pestilent Brotherhood units that can spawn if using this and that mod together the ability to be buffed the same as the normal skaven units.

As stated above this goes above the original mod in load order. Both this and the original mod go above Radious, and if you’re using Pestilent Brotherhood mod then that and my submod for it can go above or below the Rotblood mods, but still above Radious. The mod this submod is for has a unique id, and thus requires Mixer to even work, so with Mixer you need to make sure that is at the top with the Mixer Radious Compatibility Patch above it. Now when you use Mixer with Radious there are a number of things that Mixer overwrites from Radious, these are changes to starting armies, starting buildings, regions, and diplomacy. However not all changes are overwritten, namely the changes to unit balance, what buildings do, and the overall economy for Radious are still set for what Radious has it as. The Compatibility patch makes it so you don’t experience some of the more problematic issues when using them together, like Wood Elves and Beastmen having problems with their buildings, without the patch, bit weird, with patch, not weird. However I recommend trying campaigns with and without Mixer to figure out what you prefer, just keep in mind, no Mixer means this mod doesn’t work. Still as with any mod use with caution.
