Water and Embark Rebalance
Combat ships now have +2 Status Resistance, Fierce, and Charge Resistance.
Embarked damage reduction penalty increased to 25% from 10%.
There’s a problem in the seas – ships suck. Why bother to make ships if your ground forces can pretend to be a boat better than boats can?
This mod further reduces the strength of ground armies while embarked (from the 10% damage reduction in the base game to the modded 25%), while making ships slightly better in combat with various tactical buffs.
Both of these changes are to incentivize using ships for water combat.
