Description:

Gives you the "Remove City Ruins" spell, which can remove City Ruins from the map.
Costs 100 mana and removes a single ruin.
A ruin cannot be targeted if it is being occupied or rebuild by another player.
The AI cannot use the spell, so don’t be afraid that it destroys ruins that you want to keep.

(Should not require starting a new game. If the mod is enabled in your playset you should see the spell in the "Strategic" section.)

UPDATE 2.0 aka. WHERE’S THE BUTTON?!:
I had to remove the "Raze" Button on the City Ruins. The AI CANNOT handle it at all, which would result in a crash if the AI tried to rebuild a ruin.
Seems like additional buttons on a ruin are impossible at the moment.
But I managed to implement a spell, which removes the ruin, instead.

If you don’t like having an extra spell in your spellbook, you can try this mod by someone else:

It rebuilds a ruin into outpost instead of a city, which you can then remove without it leaving a ruin.
