调整官方动画、操作时不能开火的问题，
此修改会覆盖原来的动画，但只限于能否开火的效果调整
涉及动画名称如下：
Acts_CrouchingFiringLeftRifle01
Acts_CrouchingFiringLeftRifle02
Acts_CrouchingFiringLeftRifle03
Acts_CrouchingFiringLeftRifle04
