I-204-133
Initially, the 204 series consisted of only 3 projects that were proposed for the compositional development of street sections. The series was designed by architect A.I. Krippa (Giproaviaprom) in 1946, who tried to transfer elements of large architecture into low-rise standard projects. This was especially evident in the use of a large number of architectural elements with Soviet symbols, which they tried to exclude from projects when linking to reduce estimates.
In 1947, the 204 series was supplemented with a corner house (project 133), which structurally, construction details and general architecture were unified with the rest of the series projects. The authors of this project are architects P.M. Aranovich and E.S. Savchenko (State Architectural Workshops). A distinctive feature of the 133 project was the reduction of the use of Soviet symbols in the design of facades.
