Morale damage REBALANCE
Changes:
1. Minimum morale damage when an ally dies: 6 -> 3.
2. Minimum morale damage when an ally flees: 6 -> 0.
3. Minimum additional morale damage when an ally hero dies: 4 -> 2.
4. Each hex reduces BASE morale damage by 1 instead of 2 (FALLOFF parameter).
5. "Army lost" event is nerfed. Vanilla proportion, that triggers the event is 2 to 1 of units left. Thus, in vanilla, the event could happen when enemy loses 9 units out of 18. This mod should fix this.
Explanation:
Morale damage depends on distance between the event and the unit.

As you see, everything works almost the same, except very distant hexes get less morale damage.
Conclusion:
I think vanilla morale system is well balanced for 1×1 or 2×2 battles, but not for 3×3.
This mod should make 3×3 battles against AI more challenging and epic.
