This is a special block (in the same category as birthday cake and Halloween pumpkin)
It cannot be crafted in a fabricator like other corp blocks, find it in a trade station or mission crate.

XMA-5 High-Drag Cluster Bomb
Changed to explode at a certain height above the ground surface.
When drop from high altitude, slowly descends by parachute to a certain altitude.
Below that altitude, the bomb will explode immediately.
