为部分《北境守望》兵种mod里的单位添加了战帮升级系统，使得不必仅靠建筑进行招募。
需要前置mod方可生效。
不与其他修改了基斯里夫兵种战帮升级的mod相兼容（如战帮升级RoR等，前置mod除外）
