Build Random Upgrade
This mod is designed primarily for TeslaRage’s Loot Mod, but will function fully without it, though with less options for rewards.
This mod adds a new Proving Ground project: Build Random Superior Weapon Upgrade.
Cost: 1 Elerium Core

Grenade Launcher x1
Shield x4
This mod also grants 1 upgrade slot to secondaries from vanilla, LW2 Secondaries and Ballistic Shields.
[WOTC] Combined Workshop and Laboratory is not a Hard requirement, but is the Intended balance.
