Description:

Rock Bottom on a budget!

Found in the shop or Greed Mode shop for 15 cents, Bottom Line is a new item which adds minimums to your stats.

Specifically, you will not be able to go below:

• 1 speed
• 1 fire rate (also known as tears)
• 3.5 damage
• 6.5 range
• 1 shot speed
• 1 luck

Any item which tries to reduce your stats below these values will have its stat changes ignored! Great for runs with Soy Milk, Polyphemus, or both!

However, kind of like Rock Bottom, multipliers such as Cricket’s Head will only work if they raise your stats above the minimum values listed, otherwise they are ignored. (That is to say, they won’t multiply the minimum stat value, but your ACTUAL stat values.)
