Description:
About

A solo project to rebalance Victoria 3 for both singleplayer and multiplayer.

What it Does?
  • Economy of Scale Maximum Throughput remains 51 Buildings, but the percentage is 15%

  • Universities have been changed to provide education access instead of innovation, to prevent tech rushing.
    1. Because of this Base tech spread has been increased to 35.
    2. Building has been capped to one per state.
  • Construction has been vastly slowed down, due to combining urban centers and construction sectors together.
    1. The Numbers from construction types have been changed
      • Wood gives 1 construction per
      • Iron gives 1.25 construction per
      • Steel gives 1.5 construction per
      • Arc gives 2 construction per
    2. Construction Sectors are capped to 4 per state
      • Urbanisation gives construction sector max level +2
      • Urban Planning gives construction sector max level +1
      • Steel Frame gives construction sector max level +1
  • Nations start out with +40 Construction which should serve as a nice buff to minor nations.
  • Jack the Ripper is now a UK exclusive event.

  • Combat has been changed to feel greater in size and impact.
    • Combat width has been multiplied by 3 across the board, to allow more units to go into the battle.
    • Mobilisation has been slowed down.
    • Simultaneous battles has been changed to 3, from small sample size of testing the ghost battles don’t seem to exist, however will revert if I see any ghost battles.
    • War exhaustion ticks have gone from one week to two weeks
  • Less Clicks GUI has been integrated and expanded upon.
    • The initial railways and maximise taxation capacity button.
    • A university button to build them in every incorporated state.
    • The most important one of them all, choosing your national doctrine
      1. Remain balanced for no boons or de-buffs to your nation
      2. Empower the Scholars, gives a boon to innovation and tech spread, for a de-buff in bureaucracy plus negatives to army offence and defence.
      3. Improve Military Tactics, gives military boons (not offence and defence), causing a de-buff in bureaucracy and in innovation plus tech spread.
      4. Enact Improved Industrial Policies, gives construction boons and manufacturing throughput, however gives substantial negatives to the armies offence and defence, will also cost the country a fair amount of minting.
      5. Send out your diplomats, to give yourself infamy decay, prestige and authority. However comes at the cost of funding these diplomats from minting, and will increase your loan interest rate.
  • And hopefully more to come!
