Description:

When any war is declared, automatically calls to war the powerful vassals of the primary attacker and defender.

Players may decline at their own risk, but AIs will generally not.

This is a rather better representation of how feudal warfare works, than the "levy tax" the vanilla game gives us, but it also makes things more complicated.

This has a major impact on game balance, and the way you approach war declarations and realm building :

You need to consider not only the strength of your armies and your enemy, but that of your vassals and theirs as well. Sadly, the AI cannot.

There is now an incentive to have strong powerful vassals, which is usually not desirable due to factions.

Since you do not control directly the armies of your vassals, there is an element of unpredictability at play, but you also have less need to micro-manage everything yourself.

More men at arms and knights will be involved instead of mostly levies. Vassal MAA and knights are finally useful for something.

Internal wars are extremely detrimental and will actually weaken realms if they involve powerful vassals fighting each other.
