Selectable Diasporic Tradition
Makes the Diasporic tradition into one that can be selected by anyone (but the AI shouldn’t do it), in order to allow the option to play as diasporic or nomadic cultures & characters that aren’t israelite, such as the Romani people, or the Anglo-Saxons who migrated to the Roman Empire after William the Conquerer’s conquest.
