The ‘paper map’ is the 2d "cartoon" map shown when zoomed out. This mod makes the ‘paper map’ display down to max zoom level, to still enjoy a clear terrain while gaming at medium zoom with the paper map. Recommend also using my More High-Res Paper Map mod. Improves fps performance for weak GPUs, terrain isnt rendered with the paper map. Terrain is heavy on the GPU. You can still see trees and baronies on the paper map. Select ‘Map Objects’ OFF in settings.
