Base Province Improvements now provide double the resources:

Farms: +10 Food
Harbor: +10 Food
Quarry: +10 Production
Forester: +4 Food | +6 Production
Hut: +4 Food
Fishery: +10 Food
Mines: +10 Gold
Conduit: +10 Mana
Research Post: +10 Knowledge

AI can also gets these bonuses.

Compatibility:
Modifies the following file and will cause a crash with any other mods that also use it
– CityUpgrades_Definitions.rpk

Incompatible with the Crafting mod.
