Adds custom-made armor that splices the Armored Rags and the Mercenary Plate.
They spawn at a lower chance alongside the vanilla equivalents (Merc Plate & Armored Rags).

This uses parts of the armors Mercenary Plate and Armored Rags.
This is not inherently compatible with skins for the vanilla armors.
