Usada Pekora’s Pekoland
Adds the crazy VTuber, comedian and war criminal, Usada Pekora from Hololive 3rd Generation, as a playable civilization, as she leads Pekoland.
UA: Usada Constructions – Culture buildings (Monument, Amphitheater, Opera House, Museum, Broadcast Tower) generate +1 Great Engineer point and the Palace gains 2 Engineer slots.
UU1: Carrot RPG – Replaces the Bazooka. Quick to produce, has combat bonuses against Air and Armor units but defensively poor and has no Defensive Terrain Bonuses.
UU2: Pekodam – Replaces the Giant Death Robot. Does not require 1 Uranium, and instead requires 3 Aluminum. Can carry 1 Missile.
Bingle’s Civ IV Traits, JFD’s RTP – Sovereignty and Ryoga’s Unique Cultural Influence.
