Hololive – Usada Pekora’s Pekoland
Adds the crazy VTuber, comedian and war criminal, Usada Pekora from Hololive 3rd Generation, as a playable civilization, as she leads Pekoland.
UA: Usada Constructions – Constructing Improvements with Workers or Work Boats yields Great Engineer Points to the nearest City. Free Engineer Specialist slot in the Capital upon constructing a National Wonder for the first time and +1 Production in the Capital on subsequent construction of National Wonders.
UU1: Carrot RPG – Replaces the Bazooka. Quick to produce, has Combat Bonuses against Air and Armor units, but defensively poor and has no Defensive Terrain Bonuses.
UU2: Pekodam – Replaces the Giant Death Robot. Does not require 1 Uranium, and instead requires 4 Aluminum. Can carry 1 Missile.
Bingle’s Civ IV Traits, JFD’s RTP – Sovereignty and Ryoga’s Unique Cultural Influence.
