Papa Louie from the Papa Louie and Papa’s _____ series of Flash games joins Rivals of Aether!
-Specials-
Down Special –
Papa Louie places on oven on the stage. If you hit others into it, they’ll be launched out for combos! Watch out, though — they can do the same to him! It also has interactions with his Neutral Special and Forward Special. Also, the oven can counter attack certain projectiles when they enter it!
Neutral Special –
Papa Louie cycles through a variety of projectiles, each of the toppings from Papa’s Pizzeria. Each has acts differently when thrown. You can press the dodge button to store its charge, or press special again to attack! It’s also possible to go straight into the attack by tapping the special button after gaining charge. Also, if you throw one of the ingredients into the oven, it’ll come out as the next level of charge above it (if applicable)!
Forward Special –
Papa Louie quickly dashes forward with a pizza cutter. If someone is hit, they’ll be stunned briefly then hit 3 times. You can also dash into the oven for a boost into the air.
Up Special –
Based on his glide from Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack, Papa Louie leaps into the air and glides downwards with his hat. You can hit down or shield to drop early, and you can re-enter the glide after entering pratfall by inputting up.
This mod has support for the following character interactions:
– Po & Gumbo dish
– Mt. Dedede Arena title
