Increases the following stats by 50% to all the players forces (armies and fleets)

- mod_land_movement_battle
- morale
- accuracy_mod
- melee_attack_mod
- melee_defence_mod
- range_mod
- reload
- unit_stat_bonus_shield
- ship_health_mod
- shield_defence_mod
- general_aoe_mod
- melee_damage_mod
- armour_mod
- ship_ram_damage_mod
Note: Modifying the unit health cannot be done as far as i know only through recruitment so take care of your Admirals and General.
