UPDATE 2: Now works with All Under Heaven
UPDATE: Now also affects tier 5 traits.

This mod buffs the main education traits by increasing their effects by +50%. In effect this means that a tier 1 trait gives 3 skill points instead of 2 and a tier 4 trait gives 12 skill points instead of the regular 8.
