This is an updated version of the "Fewer Provinces Mod" by PreciousPig. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2456065885

It aims to fix some incompatible stuff with the newer versions of the game.

UPDATED FOR V1.36

FIXES:

1. Diplomats no longer "get lost" and unable to return.
2. Durres is now Albania and not owned by venice.
3. Crimea is owned by Theodoro.
4. Released a few nations to further populate the map (Sicily, Crete etc).
5. Balanced Development all over the world.
6. Each area comprises of 2-5 provinces just like vanilla EUIV.
7. Modded decisions to make more nations formable. (Currently 28 available) This will continue to be updated.
