&&& has only rotten hearts and bone hearts (as well as the usual ones that go over other hearts like eternal and broken).
Projectile Vomiting
They start with a new active item Fetid Emesis which makes them vomit a few explosive tears as well as releasing creep on the floor.
Rotten Power
Rotten and Bone hearts are more common for them to find and all other hearts dissapear (excluding the ones like eternal and golden hearts)
