Reptar

Reptar, the dinosaur beloved by all kids in Rugrats! Inspired by his gameplay in Nickelodeon All Star Brawl. Reptar is a large, slow, heavyweight fighter who excels at punishing opponents offstage. Of course being such a big target makes Reptar also punishable offstage.

JAB – A single hit headbutt, decently big, and doesn’t go into parry stun.

UTILT – A quick claw swipe that starts low and hits high, also moves Reptar forward a bit.

DTILT – A big stomp that spikes enemies, and has a small shockwave that can lead into combos well.

FTILT- A slow, but very powerful dropkick that goes a fair distance, but is both laggy to start and to finish.

DATTACK – A somersault which can be attack, jump, special, and strong canceled on hit.

FSTRONG – A strong tail whip that hits forward, but has a sour spot behind Reptar.

USTRONG – A backwards flip that covers a lot of range, but is the weakest of Reptar’s grounded strongs.

DSTRONG – A downward tail slap that spikes opponents, but is the slowest of Reptar’s grounded strongs

STRONG DATTACK – To do a Strong Dattack, just do a strong attack while running. This move launches Reptar forward quite far, but can’t hit opponents up close. It is the laggiest of Reptar’s ground moves, but can cancel just like regular Dattack.

NAIR – A quick tail swipe, does a little more damage at the tip of Reptar’s tail.

FAIR – A short stream of fire that lingers for a while, although is not very strong.

BAIR – A backwards punch, decent damage and can eventually kill.

DAIR – A quick tail swipe downwards, not too strong of a spike, and quite laggy though.

UAIR – A large bite upwards that also lifts Reptar upwards ever so slightly.

AIR FSTRONG – To perform any of the Air Strongs, just input them like you would for Wrastor. Air Fstrong is essentially just the regular FStrong, but in the air, but faster and weaker.

AIR USTRONG – A slow but large burst of fire upwards that starts low. Reptar also falls slower while performing this attack.

AIR DSTRONG – Halts Reptar’s air movement completely, then falls straight downwards, spiking opponents who are hit. And bouncing Reptar up as well.

FSPECIAL – A counter type move, but instead of doing damage on hit, enrages Reptar. This will power up the other three specials Reptar has for one use, then needs to be countered again to get rage again. Reptar takes half damage while countering, and can air dodge or roll when hit too.

NSPECIAL – A weak fireball projectile. Can be charged up to increase the speed and knockback of the projectile. When powered up, fireballs will increase in speed and knockback even more when charging. But a fully charged, powered up NSPECIAL will release a devastating volcanic blast in front of Reptar instead.

DSPECIAL – Has two different uses depending on if you are on the ground or not. Grounded Dspecial makes Reptar spit a burst of fire on both sides of him, propping enemies up to be hit. This attack can be charged to delay the time, but fully charging it will make the fire larger, and do more damage.

The air version is a downward bite that spikes opponents, and can also be charged. Reptar falls slowly while charging, but charging does not make the move any stronger.

When powered up, both moves receive super armor while charging, and keep that super armor on a fully charged release.

USPECIAL- A spin with good vertical range, but lacks horizontal range. When the spin is done, Reptar begins to crash downwards spiking anyone on the way down. Holding down while falling will let Reptar go through platforms. Doing an Uspecial while in jumpsquat will make the attack go far more horizontally than vertically during the initial rise.

When powered up, Reptar gets a little more horizontal drift while falling down. And Reptar can cancel at the very peak of Uspeciql into any of his three Air Strong attacks.
